This may include your name, phone number, email address, and the program you're interested in. If you sign up a child, it may also include the child's name and age.

We may also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, and pages visited. We do this through cookies and similar tools, including advertising tools from Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Respond to your questions and requests
Schedule and confirm trial classes and appointments
Send reminders and updates about classes and programs you asked about
Process memberships and payments
Improve our website, services and advertising

Text Messages and Calls

By giving us your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you expressly agree that Underground Fitness & Self Defense may call and text you at that number, including with automated technology, about your inquiry, bookings, reminders, classes and offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. We contact people only between 8am and 8pm local time. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or texting consent with third parties for their marketing.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our membership and scheduling software, texting and email providers, payment processors, and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also share information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Children's Information

Our programs serve children, but information about a child is collected only from a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent's consent, contact us and we will delete it.
